Why ILF exists

Indian-origin leaders are among the most influential voices in global technology. Yet no dedicated national platform exists where they can convene, lead conversations, and drive change together. ILF is building that platform.

ILF was founded in 2026 to close that gap, bringing together practitioners from industry, startups, and academia to exchange ideas and take action on the technologies that matter most.

Sachin brings 20+ years of enterprise architecture and technology leadership across EY, Vimeo, Oracle, and IQVIA. He created the BizTecOps framework — connecting Business strategy, Technology decisions, and Operations execution. At NYL, he leads Critical Business Services recovery architecture and enterprise infrastructure governance. He is an HSS organizer in the RTP area and former President of Hum Sub, an Indian-American cultural organization.

Anurag Pandey

Director, Strategic Initiatives · Cisco

Anurag is a strategic technology leader at Cisco with expertise in cloud operating models, SaaS/recurring revenue architecture, and enterprise finance transformation. He has enabled Cisco's largest cross-functional initiatives, including the company's transition to as-a-service business models across 17+ teams. He is HashiCorp Certified (Terraform) and an AWS Solutions Architect — bringing both strategic and hands-on cloud depth to ILF.

How ILF started

A mentor and a founder saw the same gap: Indian-origin leaders were shaping technology at the highest levels yet no dedicated national platform existed for them to convene and lead together.

In 2026, Indic Leadership Forum was founded  with a clear mandate to bridge industry, entrepreneurship, and academia across the technology domains that matter most.
